Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Boost LogiX. This policy explains your refund and cancellation entitlements for the Pro subscription.

Pro Subscription — $12.99 USD/month or $99.99 USD/year ($7.99/month or $64.99/year founder)

Pro begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time before then without being charged at all.

After your first charge, Pro is also backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that charge. No questions asked. To request a refund, email support@boostlogix.app with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

Beyond the 30-day money-back window, subscription charges for a billing period that has already begun are non-refundable. If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if we determine the Software has been used in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. account sharing or circumventing quota limits).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@boostlogix.app with:
• Your account email address
• Your Lemon Squeezy order number
• A brief description of the issue (optional for 30-day refunds)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
